This property looks awesome and being more specific the 1st building since is the newest. However, the management is poor. What a shame!!! When we first visited the property, we got excited because it was explained this was a brand-new building with new interiors, gym and pool areas. Almost completely done and that we were the first to occupy our unit. Some of that is true but cleanliness is poor. We made the big mistake to only go to see the unit we currently live in. Picture this...close to 98% of the apartment have dogs and most more than one without exaggerating. Let me clarify I am not against it because I am a dog lover. The dog area was assigned not too long ago and it is not maintained at all. The smell of animal waste is so strong that I havent been able to use that door to exit the building in a long time. I always take my visitors through other doors avoiding that area because it is truly embarrassing. The hallways are probably cleaned once a quarter and same stain and smell of dogs urine on hallways remains forever. Poor little creatures arent probably taken as often as needed downstairs and by the time they are taken out it is too late to keep holding it. Exit signs on hallways are broken due to ppl moving damaging them, but maintenance not doing anything about it. Parking is very limited but not managed properly to the point that residents parking its being used by visitors or actual residents not paying for the parking pass/decal. This is extremely disrespectful to those who pay 75-100 monthly for parking and come home after 8:30pm not able to park anywhere nearby. I have never seen any car without decal or visitor pass being towed or with any warning. The gym if you can call it a gym is located in the last building. Huge gym space, very dirty and a few machines with some out of service. No wonder why nobody uses it. The people living here prefers to drive, pay a membership somewhere else rather than saying something about it. Please charge us whatever extra but fix it and stop selling the dream and mentioning amenities to your future tenants when they arent in good conditions. Recent hurricane Irma passed near this area. Ok you cant control mother nature for the most part but since the hurricane, this area is in evagination zone B to be specific, the building was abandoned by management, lobby left unattended for 5 days even when the building has no power and tenant left the area due to mandatory evacuation. I havent seen any maintenance personnel in the building. All the buildings around us including where I evacuated in South West Miami (the condo where I evacuated, tenants pay a fraction of what we pay here) they have already started the recovery, cleaning all the debris however Treasure on the Bay has not moved a finger to clean and recover from the hurricane damages. The famous BOARDWALKthis was mentioned a 1000 time when we first came to see our apartment. Without doubt it is or was a beautiful amenity. However, one of those that we never got to enjoy because it was closed due to apparently it was unsafe. Guess whatthe hurricane made that area disappear. Maybe now after management will include that in the assurance claim for the hurricane damages we have some hope to use it one day if we havent move by then. None if these issues are acceptable for a building that charges over $2,000 monthly rent. Hope this management change their leading modules and start taking care of these beautifully located buildings or someone else takes over. Otherwise people will leave soon and crappy tenants willing to accept these behaviors will come to this community.

I dont know why this place has 3.7 stars, probably they buying fake reviews. Management are unprofessional and rude, beside the front desk people the valet guys and the maintenance guy are nice people. I was praying for 6 Mounths that my lease ends than I leave from this place 80% of the people moved after a year of lease , pool closed for about 4 mounths not about 1 day of working trying to fix it, you go outside you will find dog poops everywhere dont be surprised if you step on one, I liked my apartment but I just waist my money living in a place managed by unprofessional and rude people. I recommend to go somewhere else.

A beautiful community with really nice neighbors both humans and of course furry ones!! The building suffer some damages in the pool areas and the lobby are in one building but it is being fixed at the moment

Where can I start? this place ought to be SHUT DOWN ASAP! 1) There is a huge roach/bug problem in the building on MULTIPLE floors and everyone can tell you this is a serious issue 2) MAINTENANCE NEVER fixes any issues, I have heard multiple neighbors also complian about the same problems 3) There is mold in my closet and I have had my apartment flooded with a plumbing issue.... 4) These apartments have a beautiful view but are falling to pieces and way too many roaches and bugs. My name is not in the system but this place needs to be investigated.
